Coach Eli is an elite running back performance specialist with 12 years of playing experience in high school and college organizations such as the OSFL, WCSSAA, CJFL, and OUA.

 

NCCP-1 (National Coaching Certification Program) certified, he has 5+ years of varsity coaching, including roles with the Waterloo Junior Warriors and Waterloo Oxford.

His philosophy, to become a student of THEE game, is about the principle of being driven to seek knowledge and understanding: bringing discipline, structure, and empathy to his coaching.
